A Holiday Thank You: Staying Grounded in Gratitude

A Holiday Thank You: Staying Grounded in Gratitude

As the year winds down and the holidays fill our calendars—and our hearts—I find myself reflecting on the journey that Get Grounded has taken. What began as a simple intention to help others take small, actionable steps toward becoming a better version of themselves has transformed into something far greater than I imagined. And that is because of you.

When I wrote this book, my goal wasn’t perfection. It wasn’t to promise overnight transformation or a life free of challenges. My goal was to offer a moment of pause, a breath, a grounding point, for anyone who needed encouragement to take just one step forward. And the thing that fills me with the most joy is hearing from the readers who have done exactly that. Whether it was finding joy again in the little things, setting a small boundary, or rediscovering self-awareness, your stories have become the heartbeat of Get Grounded.

Around the holidays, gratitude tends to come into sharper focus. We notice the small things more deeply: the warmth of community, the importance of connection, the comfort of knowing that our experiences, struggles, and victories are shared. This season, I am especially grateful—for the people who believed in this book, for those who gifted it to a friend, for those who read it quietly at night, and for every person who reached out to tell me what resonated with them.

Your feedback continues to strengthen my purpose. Every message, every review, every conversation reminds me that the work isn’t done. It motivates me to keep writing, keep creating, and keep serving in the ways that feel meaningful and honest.

Thank you—for your support, your openness, and your willingness to grow alongside me. Thank you for trusting me with your stories. Thank you for allowing Get Grounded to be part of your journey.

As we move into a new year, my wish for you is simple:
May you continue taking small steps. May you continue choosing joy, even when it feels far away. And may you continue becoming the version of yourself that feels most aligned, most empowered, and most at peace.

With Gratitude,
Armine
